RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, pieces can be returned for store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns must be postmarked within that 7 day period. Make sure that the items returned are in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging. Spence Designs is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returns.

 

Custom orders and sales pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Any items bought on promotion or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges may be made up to 7 days after the original delivery date. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs. Any items bought on promotion or on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

SHIPPING

1. How long until my order ships?

Please allow between 24-48 hours for your purchase to ship. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Spence Designs does not ship Internationally at this time. 

3. How can I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

PAYMENT

1. How do I pay?

All payments are made securely through Wix or Paypal. If you are local in Atlanta, GA, you can email sj@spencedesigns.com to Venmo and pick up. 

REPAIR & PRODUCT CARE

1. Can my item be repaired?

The majority of Spence Designs earrings are handcrafted, delicate, and can break if not cared for properly. Please handle with care. To request a repair, please email sj@spencedesigns.com

2. What if my item arrives damaged?

Although rare, mistake do happen, and earrings may break during the shipping process. If your pieces arrive damaged or break within 7 days of the delivery date, we will replace them. If damage during the 7 day period is due to mishandling or poor care, there is an $8 fee to fix them. 

3. How can I care for my earrings?

Spence Designs earrings are delicate and therefore, we encourage you to take gentle care. Do not keep in a bag or on a tray with several other earrings. Because we use gentle materials, it is also best to not wear with lotions or sunscreens.
